Bundle prices quoted at time of purchase may be subject to change even within the life of the bundle as third party considerations may affect the price at anytime..

Sending and Receiving of SMS/Text Messages 

It must be realised that the sending or receiving of text messages is controlled by the Mobile Phone Service Providers and, as such, is outside the control of Pubtext. Therefore, no liability cannot be accepted by Pubtext for the failure of the sending or receiving of text messages to any individual's mobile phone or device. It should be fully understood that the technology involved in sending and receiving SMS is controlled by the Mobile Phone Providers alone to which individuals are signed up to.

Miscellaneous 

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use must be in writing signed by Pubtext to be valid. Any waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of any provision in the future.
